The 8th retreat took place from 23.07.-25.07.2009 in Obergurgl, Austria.
Our accomodation in Obergurgl was the Universitätszentrum Obergurgl (http://www.universitycenter-obergurgl.at).
We had a series of scientific talks of program members and an exalted
time to discuss about the organisation of our doctorate program. In
addition we had a guest speaker, the former member of our graduate program Lars Andrees speaking about the career opportunities as a patent attorney.
Furthermore we went hiking to the Ramolhütte in over 3000m altitude.
